Why do you need coaching?

People look for coaching for a whole host of reasons. Maybe you're just starting out and need to find your professional identity. Maybe you’re looking for your leadership voice. Or maybe you're ready to take a new or different step in your career.

Whatever the reason, coaching can support you in the transition and change. My goal as your coach is to help you build your fullest capacity to be used in any aspect of your life. The nature of the coaching relationship is to operate in service of You. I believe you hold the answers, and my job is to help you find your way to them.

I don’t have the answers, but I can help you find them.

As your coach, I’ll be caring, curious, and challenging. It’s not my job to tell you who you are, but to be a partner in your own discovery of yourself. My clients are the experts of their own selves and futures. You’ll set the agenda, and I’ll be there to help you get where you want to go. I will work with you to explore different perspectives, grow curiosity about yourself and your motivations, and help you see your possibilities
